~Many recorded videos to watch at your own pace for learning all the things about how to bring safety and security to the nervous system (via NS regulation practices etc ) so it’s not always revving in a fight or flight state and can instead, lean into restorative surrendering & rewire itself to understand how to chill out & breathe again.
~Education on what our vibrational frequency is (our dominant baseline resonance of the body) and how/why its important to strengthen that and keep it elevated to live a life less stressed & a life more in flow & alignment with your truest self.

Pantry swaps to not only make life easier (meaning less frustration/stress at meal times when we usually can’t be eff’d cooking/preparing) but also to nourish the body with far better food choices that aren’t putting unnecessary strain on the body & nervous system.
