What's included:
VibroBed Session ~6 x (60min) sessions on the VibroBed = Vibrational healing bed = “felt sound” (yes the bed actually vibrates which stimulates the vagus nerve to send the nervous system into a magical restorative deeeeeeeep healing state ….It truly is next level ) This is happening while you have headphones on that offer stunning sounds/music/frequencies through the headphones to deepen recalibration of the nervous system even further, and help rebalance neural pathways in the brain to calm and centre the mind & emotions….plus, helps strengthen your "baseline resonant frequency" of the body as well (who doesn’t wanna be living in a higher vibe state, right)

Nervous System: ~ Learn all things about how to bring safety and security to the nervous system (via NS regulation practices, somatic exercises etc ) so it’s not always revving in a fight or flight state and can instead, lean into restorative surrendering & rewire itself to understand how to chill out & breathe again.
Frequency: ~Education on what our vibrational frequency is (our dominant baseline resonance of the body) and how/why it's important to strengthen, anchor and stabilise your resonance to live more in flow & alignment with your truest self.
Nutrition: ~Videos/ Info that explain:
-Foods that support the Nervous System
-Why eating Locally and Seasonally is best for overall Health, Vitality & NS support.
-Pantry swaps to not only make life easier (meaning less frustration/stress at meal times when we usually can’t be eff’d cooking/preparing) but also to nourish the body with far better food choices that aren’t putting unnecessary strain on the body & nervous system.
-Food is Frequency & why that's important
