When we move, breathe, and bring awareness to physical sensations, we send signals of safety to our brain, helping us restore peace, harmony & stability. 

When your body feels unsafe, it releases cortisol - keeping you in a constant state of alert. These somatic movements help unwind that, lowering the cortisol, slowing your heart rate & allowing your whole system to exhale.

Hi my name is Janelle and I'm qualified in Functional Nutrition, Nervous System Regulation, Frequency/Sound Therapy & other Spiritual Modalities.

 I am deeply passionate about helping others reclaim their Health & Healing. My passion and guidance are shaped by my own experience in healing myself from leaky-gut, adrenal fatigue, Bells Palsy paralysis, nervous system dysregulation, burn-out, lack of alignment & struggling with personal boundaries.
