I have found the frequency music that Janelle provides to be very effective. I'm not completely sure on how this all works, but it calms me and allows me to be free of certain thought patterns that have plagued me for YEARS. It's lasting and I think that's very important, as I have found a lot of things i've tried in the past have worked at the time but have worn off over time and I've ended right back in the same health position as before. However, with listening to these sound frequency healing tracks, I haven't gone backwards, I seem to be stabilised and it's lasting!
I would recommend that you give this a go, and hopefully you'll get the same results as I have.
