“Outsource” If You Don’t Want To Loose Momentum
So it’s been playing on my mind for a while now that I seem to be doing a lot of my “Busy Work” Activities and not enough “Money Making Activities” and this is due to pure stubbornness of me thinking I have to learn everything about anything I want to set up for my online business.
What I mean by that is….lately I’ve had my head in the computer learning more about funnels, email autoresponder’s, tasks to revamp my website, learning different ways to share my content etc etc the list goes on and I know it’s not a bad thing to always be increasing your skill level within certain parts of your business, but dang have I realised that it’s taking me away far too much from my “Money Making Activities”, which are:
- Prospecting
- Follow up
- Presenting
- Closing
- etc
All of these activities are things I am still doing, but have been falling behind in them because I’m too engrossed in wanting to learn about how to build my presence online more.
These money-making activities should be our number 1 priority in our business because they will be the things that are what generate or decide our income.
You can literally save yourself so much TIME and MONEY LOSS if you actually outsource parts of your business that you really don’t need to be doing.
There are plenty of “virtual assistants”, online help & “social media marketing assistants” that can really help you for a small cost so you can start to leverage yourself more and do less of the activities that take you away from the income producing activities.
“Work Smarter, Not Harder”
So in my video today I discuss with you the new steps I’m now taking to get myself back on track in working smarter for my business. This then means I can go back to my money-making activities and above all, get back to spending more time with my family. Because that’s what it’s all about right!!
