How To Handle Prospects That Object To The Sign Up Cost
Is very hard to get any business started at low-cost (from a box) for less than say $200!
Network marketing is the lowest risk and lowest overhead way to start a business and be an entrepreneur or business owner.
Lets have a look at what you need to have, or don’t need to have to start a network marketing business;
- You don’t need to be hugely smart.
- You don’t need to have crazy ideas.
- You don’t have to be super creative.
- You don’t have to be a sales guru or
- You don’t have to be someone who’s widely exceptional in many areas.
The only thing you really need is persistence, desire and will power to move forward despite obstacles and negative feedback.
If you hear a money objection, often it’s because you personally have a problem with the sign up fee, you don’t believe its worth it. This is your own mindset and how you see the value around joining the company and the value around the cost of the sign up. People feel your vibe and posture, make sure your belief is sky-high so that when you’re talking to them they feel that.
If someone gets to the point of saying the sign up fee is too expensive or out of their reach, and that’s the only thing stopping them joining. Remember what it is they’ve told you in the past as to why they even looked at the opportunity in the first place.
If some of their reasons were; more family time, no boss, savings for a holiday, choose their own hours etc. Then that is the foot in the door to remind them and making sure they understand why those goals of their’s can actually be achieved. They just have to be hungry and driven enough to get that.
The most important thing to remember is that network marketing is LOW COST, not NO cost!! If you were to start any business like a franchise, small biz etc, the overhead is huge, so there is no comparison on that to a network marketing business.
The power in network marketing, is usually if people are hungry enough and they see this as a serious, professional career, they will always find the money and find they way to start. They see the vision of where this could take them if they are serious enough.
Another factor to remember is that we can’t compare network marketing to traditional business, you don’t own a JOB! With a job, you don’t own anything. You purely give your time to that job for the rest of your career. If that’s what suits you, then keep doing that, and maybe network marketing isn’t for you.
We know that in network marketing you buy your business, you own that business and you choose how much time you put into that! Very different scenario to having a job.
Check out my video below, to see some examples and stories you can use when handling these types of objections.
I hope you got value from this? If so, why not let me know in the comments below. Let me know of some other ways you have also handled this type of objection.
Keep being Amazing, Authentic and Inspiring.
