Not only do you want to make sure that your customers know how to use the products you promote, but you want to make sure that you have strong customer retention duplicating throughout your whole organisation.

It is much easier to sustain a long-term customer base with the existing customers you have, over always prospecting to find new ones.

Think of your customers as the foundation to your whole organisation. Treat them like you would treat your loved ones, show them appreciation, communicate with them regularly and make sure that their first 30 days being apart of your business has impacted them enough to fully understand the product or service you promote to them.
